The 2022-2023 season will be split into two seasons, Fall (voluntary) and Winter/Spring/Summer (required). Dues are paid separately for each season.
If my son(s) agree to play the Fall season I agree to pay the fall dues associated with my child(ren)’s age group that has been communicated in advance and must be paid in full by Check, Cash or Venmo only: $400 (16-18u), $250 (7u-15u) by September 1, 2022. ACH is not available for Fall.
I agree to pay the Winter/Spring/Summer dues associated with my child(ren)’s age group that has been communicated in advance if paying in full (Check, Cash, Venmo) or by equal monthly ACH installments: ($600 (5-6U), $1100 (7-9U), $1,250(10-11U), $1,500 (12-14U), $2,300 (15-18U), $1600 (PO)). If paying by monthly ACH you agree to pay a processing fee of $5.56 per monthly draft.
2022-2023 Dues will cover 3 uniform tops, 1 hat, coaching fees, coaching equipment, training fees, training equipment/technology, facility rentals, facility taxes, facility equipment, baseballs, tees and screens. At High School level all tournaments and/or leagues will be covered in dues. Gate fees are not included in High School dues. At Youth level all tournaments and/or leagues will not be covered in dues. Gate fees are not included in dues at Youth level.
I agree that dues will be paid either by lump sum (ACH, cash, credit card, check or venmo) or by monthly ACH bank draft. I agree to have bank drafts take place on the 1st or 15th of each month and have all dues paid by May 15, 2022. The first payment will be taken out on the 1st or 15th of September if paying by ACH.
I agree that if I don’t include the proper amount required, an adjustment will be made internally to reflect the proper amount to be taken out monthly or as a lump sum rather be ACH or Credit Card.
I agree if paying by credit card I will be charged a convenience fee administered by the merchant processor.
I agree to pay all fees on any return checks or insufficient funds ($25). Any payment not timely paid will result in a late payment penalty of five percent (5%) of the amount due to 316 Baseball Academy, Inc. 316 Baseball Academy, Inc. will take all penalties/fees out automatically.
I agree to pay all fees for the winter/spring/summer program. If my child(ren) choose(s) to quit/or leave the program prior to December 31, 2022, I agree to pay a $500 quitter fee. If my son leaves/quits after December 31, 2022, I understand that 316 Elite Sluggers, Inc., will have incurred costs that are non-refundable as a result of my child(ren)’s registration and I agree to pay all remaining balances due in one lump sum payment that will be taken out immediately.
If there is an injury to player that results in player not able to play after December 31, 2022, dues will stop, however no refunds will be given.
I agree there is a no refund policy
I agree that my child(ren) will not be given access to 316 Baseball Academy programs or facilities until all waivers, payment schedules and player contracts are signed and submitted.
